Publishing a workflow is free. It only counts as live once it gets 10 real completions or 2 documents sent for signature, and previews and test fills never count. Then it's $12 per user per month.
Live workflows

How 'live' works
A workflow goes live at 10 completions or 2 documents sent for signature, whichever comes first. Until then, build and test for free.
When do I add a card?
Only once your first workflow is live and already collecting completions or signatures. We'll remind you a little before that, and your live workflow keeps running for 7 days while you set up billing.
Who counts as a user?
Accepted members only. Pending invites don't count. Form fillers and signers are always free.
US$12 per user per month, plus US$2 per extra live workflow per month. This subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime in Settings > Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the paid period unless a refund is issued under the Refund Policy. By subscribing you agree to the Terms of Service and Refund Policy. New payments are processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record.
