Bookkeeping Client Onboarding Questionnaire
Once a client signs, you need the details to actually start: how the business is set up, which software and accounts they use, who runs payroll, and what reports they want. This questionnaire gathers it in one go instead of a dozen emails. Edit it for your services, try it, then send each new client a personal link with their business name already filled in.

When to use it
- Right after a new client signs your engagement letter.
- When taking over books from another bookkeeper.
- When a client adds a new entity.
- When your team needs one record of every client's setup.
