Year-End Bookkeeping Questionnaire
Year-end books are easier to close when the unusual items arrive with the statements. This year-end bookkeeping questionnaire asks for the business, a contact, the fiscal year end, new accounts or loans, equipment purchases or sales, contractors, an inventory count, the statements, and anything else. It does not give tax advice, and it does not ask for a government ID or a payment account. Edit the questions for your practice and send one link per client.
